Hedgerow Yarns is a gorgeous Etsy shop set up by talented knitter and indy yarn dyer, Jane Hunter. She creates the most beautiful knitted things – her house is full of them (and I’m lucky enough to have a couple to keep me cosy too!) and Jane also hand-dyes her own yarns. They are incredibly sought after by knitters and sell out almost before she’s listed them in her shop!
I created a logo, some banners and a template for a paper band to go around her skeins of yarn.
Jane had a very clear idea of what she wanted in terms of colour and simplicity. I doodled some hedgerow plants using brown ink and aimed for a kind of crushed blackberry tone to the drawings. And with the name Hedgerow Yarns, I felt we really needed to pop a Hedgehog in there too…
If you would like some help with your branding (logos, social media banners, compliment slips, and other things) do get in touch for a chat about how I can help.
